Our story
Buckeye Investments is a family run business that started over forty years ago. We own and manage retail and office properties in Las Vegas, as well as housing subdivisions in Utah.
Our team at Buckeye Investments does its best to invest in our clients and our community. When we’re not managing properties, we’re partnering with local communities like Opportunity Village and Spread the Word Nevada.

Meet the faces behind Buckeye Investments.
Tom Buckley
Tom is a Las Vegas resident for more than 30 years.
After graduating from UC Santa Barbara in Business and Economics he worked in home mortgages for six years before joining the family business in 1987. He enjoys many sports including handball and golf and has become a Golden Knights hockey fan since their opening season.
Bryan Buckley
Bryan has been involved with the family business in Las Vegas for over 33 years.
Even though he is an avowed “SDSU Aztec for Life”, he and his wife Lisa are still hard-core Rebel fans, chant “Go Knights Go” in their sleep and are “invested” Raider fans as well! He really enjoys golf and BBQ-ing with friends and family.
Craig Brown
Craig is the Manager of Leasing and Sales has worked for Buckeye Investments and the Buckley family since 2013.
A Nevada licensed realtor since 1984, Craig has been a Las Vegas resident for almost 60 years and is a graduate of Bishop Gorman High School. He loves playing golf and going to the Golden Knights games and is excited for “The Raiders” in 2020.
Shane Buckley
Leasing Manager
Shane was born & raised in Las Vegas and has been in the valley for over 20 years. He began working with Buckeye Investments in the summer of 2014 and is also licensed to work in real estate.
When he isn’t cheering on the two hometown professional sports teams, he is likely in the mountains snowboarding, lounging around with his lab & pug, wrestling some metal in the gym, or checking out the new sushi spot that just popped up.
Donnie Palmer
Donnie is our maintenance supervisor but has many skills in different maintenance related fields.
He was born in California, but has been in the Las Vegas area for 37 years. He began working for Buckeye Investments, in 2015.
Ashley Rainey Paula
Ashley is a Las Vegas native. She began her career with Buckeye Investments in February 2016.
Ashley strives to create the perfect work/life balance. She is a food enthusiast and loves traveling. She resides in Las Vegas, with her husband and two fur-babies.
Angel Burklow
Angel is a happily married mother of two. She is originally from New Mexico but has lived in Las Vegas since 2000. She has been with Buckeye Investments since February 2016. She is an animal lover and enjoys spending time with her pets and family.
Sami Buckley
Sami grew up in Phoenix, Arizona, but has lived in Nevada since 2008. She went to school at the University of Nevada, Reno. She is an avid reader and knitter, and hikes when she can.
Matthew Buckley
Leasing Manager
He worked in Residential real estate in Reno and transitioned down to Vegas to work on the commercial side. When he’s not in the office, you can find him fly-fishing in the mountains or on a hunt. Matt will work with you no matter the size of your business. Don’t hesitate to reach out.
Ruth Hedrick
Leasing Manager
Ruth has worked in the Real Estate industry as a property manager and Real Estate agent for over two decades. She recently joined Buckeye Investment in 2022. In her free time, Ruth enjoys traveling, cooking, hanging out with her children and caring for her plants.
